Electronic payment environments register all electronic payments related to the provision of electronic administrative services, create electronic payment documents and provide an opportunity for their payment in a way chosen by users (citizens and businesses).


This is made possible by connecting all providers of electronic administrative services (EPS) and all providers of payment services (PSP) to it. When a user requests an electronic service in the portal of a given administration, an electronic payment order is created and registered in the Environment. All MSPs are given the opportunity to download information about the current obligations of each user, thus MSPs have the opportunity to offer their customers different payment methods - for example, through Internet banking, over-the-counter payment, mobile payments, etc. . The DPU's access to the current obligations of each person is given only and only after the express consent of the relevant person.
